Frank has developed his career in the entrepreneurial world with a passion for driving startup companies. Throughout his career, he has overseen sales, finance, marketing, human resources, information technology and operational management departments. Most notably, Frank served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Compendium, an Indianapolis-based content marketing platform that helps organizations capture and create original content in a branded hub for distribution to any marketing channel. In 2013, Oracle acquired Compendium. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Operations at LightsOut Intelligence and Channel Development Manager at WhatCounts.
Frank speaks regularly about leadership, sales team evolution, deal management and entrepreneurship and has been interviewed by Fast Company, Marketing Sherpa, Chief Marketer and Indianapolis Business Journal.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Valparaiso University and Master of Business Administration at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
