The Template Editor enables sales leaders to easily create and update custom call templates that help reps ask the right questions, tell relevant stories, and answer objections confidently in real-time.

The update enables sales leaders to easily create, edit, and publish call templates and link specific answers to Salesforce fields using an intuitive What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) editor. The update also includes pre-formatted templates for qualification, discovery, follow-up, and other critical sales calls that can be customized based on their own sales process so teams can get up-and-running quickly.
