Costello’s new Paths feature helps SDR teams identify how a call progresses down a particular path, helping them understand how to optimize each conversation.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (December 18, 2018) – This morning, Costello announced a new feature, Paths, which closes the loop for SDR teams by showing them which direction a call took and what the conversion rate is for each one.

Users will now be able to identify the lowest converting paths, iterate on those paths in Costello’s playbooks, and measure results. With Paths, SDR teams can:

  • Identify problem areas in your prospecting call with Costello’s intuitive Path visualization showing the frequency and conversion rate of each conversation path
  • See the conversation-to-meetings booked rate for an entire team and at the individual rep level
